Joe Biden trying to minimise chance of gaffe which ‘could derail the campaign’

Fundraising money is “rushing through the gates” into Joe Biden’s campaign at a rate of around two-to-one against Donald Trump’s campaign, according to Bondi Partners National Security Advisor Mark Watson.

Mr Watson said President Donald Trump is trying to “shift momentum back towards his campaign” which is why he has recharged his campaign rallies since recovering from COVID-19.

“Joe Biden on the other hand is very rarely seen in public live these days,” he said.

“It’s very much a case of let’s minimise the opportunity for him to make a gaffe which could derail the campaign.

“One of the reasons he can do that is because in the last two months (there’s been) a very significant change in funding flowing into the Democrats.

“That means he can spend an awful lot of money, that is Joe Biden can spend an awful lot of money on advertising.

“So Americans are seeing a lot of Joe Biden, just not seeing him live.”
